All orders are processed within 2 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes verifying payment, confirming item availability, and preparing your package for shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two primary shipping options from our U.S. domestic warehouse, based on your delivery needs:
Standard Shipping
Carriers: Partnered with major U.S. logistics providers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days to most U.S. addresses (excluding remote areas).
Applicability: Ideal for non-urgent orders. Delivery times are calculated after the 2-day processing period.
Expedited Shipping
Carriers: Fulfilled through Amazon FBA for priority handling.
Delivery Time: 1–2 business days to most U.S. addresses (available for eligible zip codes).
Requirements: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days to qualify for same-day processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Pricing Basis
Large Items & Dimensional Weight: As our products are oversized and dimensional weight (volumetric weight) often exceeds actual weight, shipping costs are calculated using the greater value between dimensional weight and actual weight.
Dimensional weight formula: (Length × Width × Height in inches) ÷ 139 (standard dimensional divisor for major carriers).
4. Cost Calculation
Standard Shipping: Rates are determined in real-time by our carrier partners and displayed at checkout, based on your location and order dimensions.
Expedited Shipping: Slightly higher fees apply due to priority handling; costs are also calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping Eligibility

5. Shipping to All 50 States
Domestic Coverage: We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, delivery to remote or island addresses may incur additional fees or longer transit times (contact us for details).
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Standard shipping is available, but expedited shipping may not be applicable—please verify during checkout.

Dangerous Goods: We cannot ship hazardous or prohibited items (e.g., flammable materials, lithium batteries).
