Arborus Refund & Exchange Policy **Effective Date: 4.14.2025**

Thank you for shopping at Arborus. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our detailed policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds for customers in the United States.

1. Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (date confirmed by tracking information). Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Condition Requirement: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable). Damaged or altered items may be rejected.
  • Exceptions:
    • Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or part of clearance/closeout sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Customized Items: Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved items) cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

A. Damaged Items

  • 7-Day Exchange Window: If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at returns@yourstore.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged part(s) and packaging
  • Processing: Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

B. Missing Items

  • If your order is missing items, email us immediately at returns@yourstore.com with your order number and a list of missing items. We will verify and arrange a replacement as soon as possible

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Submit a return request via email to returns@yourstore.com within the eligible period, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will respond with instructions, including a return address (if required) and any necessary forms.
  3. Ship Items Back:
    • Package items securely with all included components.
    • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insuring returns, as we are not liable for lost/damaged returns).
    • Note: Return shipping fees are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

4. Refund Processing

  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in non-returnable condition, a partial refund or rejection may occur (we will notify you before processing).

5. Holiday Return Exception

For orders placed for Christmas gifts:
  • Deadline: Returns for holiday purchases must be postmarked by December 15th for orders delivered in December. Returns received after this date for holiday items will not be accepted.
  • Exclusion: This policy applies only to gifts; regular returns for non-holiday items remain subject to the standard 30-day window.

6. No Refunds for Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs (including expedited fees) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our mistake.
